Useful information from A to Z

Even before your first visit to the practice, we will help you with the most important questions that need to be clarified about your therapy. Below you will find useful information about our practice and the course of therapy.

First appointment: what to bring

Ideally, you should bring sporty and comfortable clothing and a towel with you. You should also think about your doctor's prescription for physiotherapeutic treatments, as well as any existing X-rays or current findings.

arrival at the appointment

Please be in the practice 5 minutes before the start of your treatment, please be 10 minutes earlier for the first treatment. This allows us to start your therapy on time and make full use of the treatment time.

The prescription fee

Prescription fees (10 euros plus 10 percent of the prescription value) are charged by us on behalf of the statutory health insurance companies and should be paid by you at the latest on the third appointment (EC card payment is possible).

If you are exempt from prescription fees, please bring your exemption certificate with you to the first appointment.

If you have any questions about the assumption of costs by your health insurance company, we will be happy to inform you on site or by telephone.

We look forward to your call on 49 30 55491588.

Therapy times: Tailored to your needs

Appointments can be arranged individually according to your wishes with the respective therapist. Please note any lead times.

Osteopathic Techniques (Manual Therapy)

Since January 1st, 2012, more and more statutory health insurance companies have been contributing to the costs of osteopathic treatment. This requires a doctor's prescription.

You can find out which insurers and to what extent they contribute to the costs underwww.osteokompass.de.
